In the current sanitary context, we have been thinking a lot about how we can adapt and make the property as safe as possible for our guests and ourselves.
Firstly, it’s with a heavy heart that we have postponed all of our events to next year, with the support of our partners and suppliers who have all accepted to postpone the bookings too.
We are now able to welcome guests in our guest house again
, which comes in good time for the Summer, but we are taking measures to protect everybody at the best of our capacities: we will throughly disinfect and clean all of the surfaces, door handles, shower heads, taps, keys, etc. between each group, and leave a 48h gap between a departing party and an arriving party. Once we have finished to prepare the guest house for you, we won’t go back in it, which means we will let you do your own check-in and check-out when possible. Bank transfers shall be preferred for the payment of the balance and of the safety deposit. If there is anything that needs our intervention, we will of course come and help you, but we will be wearing masks and gloves. We will also ask you to be responsible too, clean after yourselves, and make sure not to leave anything behind you – belongings, bins, etc. – more than ever.
Finally, we have also taken the decision to cancel our Sunday walks
, which usually happen every last Sunday of the month between April and May, until further notice, to avoid any unnecessary contacts and allow our guests to fully enjoy the property without worry during their stays.
We hope to be able to receive you again in a more normal way very soon, but in the meantime, we are doing our best to ensure everyone’s safety. We also wanted to reassure our future guests, if you choose to book with us now, but are not able to travel at the selected dates because of a lockdown in your country or in France, or because of border closure, for instance, we will help you postpone your stay without any extra fees on our part, and you will have priority over the available later dates.
Stay safe and take care,
Gwendoline & Billy
